•   Non-peptidic alpha-helix and beta-turn mimetics are of particular importance due to their key role in multiple deregulated pathways leading to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, inflammation and immunological disorders.

•   Target based approach, ‘traditional’ three-residue approach and ligand based approach were used to design the library.
